IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND NEXT STEPS

After you complete scheduling your communication session  you'll need to complete an information form and send a picture.  THE INFORMATION FORM WILL BE SENT TO YOU ELECTRONICALLY TO COMPLETE AND RETURN.   Your pet's photo can be submitted via the "Sending Info" tab or via email.

After you complete scheduling your ANIMAL REIKI SESSION,  you'll need to complete an information form AND an authorization form.  These forms are available  on "Sending Info" page and completed and signed forms can be submitted via the page or via email
