Scheduling and Cancellation

Animal Communication Sessions 

• I reserve the right to cancel any or all sessions at any time and offer a refund.
• No refunds or credits if you cancel a session appointment.  Rescheduling an appointment one time is allowed, service must be rescheduled within 30 days of the original session date.  

Classes / Workshops / Mentoring 

• Deposits and payments for classes, workshops, and mentoring programs are not refundable. 
• If you need to cancel your participation in a class or workshop after you have made payment in you may transfer your registration for the scheduled class to another individual to attend the originally scheduled class or workshop on the original scheduled date and time, provided that individual meets the requirements of the class or workshop (such as minimum age or experience level).  
• You must notify me via email at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start of the class or workshop to transfer of your registration.  There are no credits, or rescheduling after the start of the class or workshop.
• Mentoring Programs:  Mentor programs are custom developed to the level and goals of each student.  Mentoring program sessions can be rescheduled when necessary, are subject to my availability, and subject to the mentoring program concluding within an agreed upon timeframe. 
• I reserve the right to cancel and and all classes, workshops, or mentoring programs and offer a refund.   Any refunds for multi-day classes or mentoring programs will be prorated.

• Rescheduling individual appointments can be done online through the website, if you need help rescheduling, please contact me via email:  feelthemspeak@gmail.com 
• For cancelation and to transfer your registration in a class or workshop, or to reschedule a mentoring session  - send an email to: feelthemspeak@gmail.com
